- Ohio state Representative Skindell introduced a bill,
Ohio 94, that would require pharmaceutical manufacturing
companies selling prescription drugs in the state to
submit an annual report that discloses the value, nature
and purpose of any gift give to a healthcare profession
in excess of $25. It is extremely important you take
action now and let your representatives know that you
oppose this bill in its current form
